We strive to make Trouville Hotel as accessible as possible to everyone.
Trouville Hotel is a Victorian era building directly on the seafront and while this gives spectacular views, it does mean that the hotel rooms and facilities are on a number of different levels.
Our main five floors are accessible by a lift, however, there are still areas we are not able to make totally accessible to wheelchair users.
The hotel is typically suitable for a person with restricted walking ability and for those who may need to use a wheelchair some of the time. We have ramp access via a side door that leads through the restaurant.
All bedrooms have either en suite bathroom facilities with showers over the bath or a walk in shower room. Walk in showers can be requested at the time of booking. The majority of rooms with walk in showers are not located close to the lift. Wheelchairs with a width in excess of 60cm may have difficulty getting into the lift and fitting through some doorways. Each bedroom has a direct dial telephone, so that assistance can be summoned 24 hours a day if necessary.
Trouville Hotel also welcomes guide and hearing dogs, just let us know when you’re booking.
Where possible, all print is published in clear text.
Most dietary requirements can be cater for, please check when booking.
The Trouville Hotel has an off site car park for approximately 20 cars and is available to pre book.
Our team is really happy to help find ways to overcome the difficulty of our site. Please call us on 01983 402141 or email us at info@trouvillehotel.co.uk so we can talk to you about your individual requirements.
