The 2012 Isle of Wight Boxing Day Swim has become the biggest in the event’s history, reports iwcp.co.uk.
In spite of the difficult conditions, more than 200 swimmers dived in the sea at Ventnor the day after Christmas to raise money for People’s Approach to Cancer Help (PATCH) and around 2,000 were there on the Esplanade cheering them on.
